Rental Rates


Weddings/Special Events

  • Wedding Ceremony only: $700 for 2 hours | $1000 for 3 hours (includes rehearsal the night before)
  • Reception (sit down dinner with changeover): $2200
  • Reception (stand up reception): $1850 – 5 hours in building
  • Ceremony/Reception (includes event changeover): $2400/$2850
  • Special Event (includes 5 hours of building use)
  • Formal Dinner: $1800
  • Stand up reception: $1500
    * Weddings/special events include use of cabaret tables and chairs – please inquire for details

 

Performances
  • Recitals  $250 for 2 hours, | $500 for 4 hours
  • Recital Hall rehearsals
  • Non Conservatory students (valid ID required): $50 flat fee (up to 3 hours)
  • Non students: $50/hour | $25 each additional hour 

Business Meetings
  • Recital Hall - seats 100: $75 per hour (chairs included)
  • Board Room - seats 25: $50 per hour (12  chairs and 4 tables included)

Tours
  • Tour only - less than 50 people: $75 
| more than 50 people: $125 

  • Tour with concert or educational component: $250+

 (depending on faculty hired/programming)

Miscellaneous
  • Piano tuning - must be requested 1 month in advance: $125 

  • Use of Piano: $50
  • Microphone with Amplifier: $25
