Gala May 13, 2026

Celebrating over 126 years of musical excellence, the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music is committed to inspiring students of every age and skill level by providing an accessible, exceptional music education. The WCM Gala raises critical funds to support access to music education in the community while celebrating the lasting impact of our organization.

The 2026 WCM Gala will honor Mike Schmitz with the 2026 Joyce Altman Award, presented for extraordinary commitment to WCM and arts in the community. The award honors the legacy of the late President/CEO, Joyce Altman, who led the organization from 1993 – 2003.
