Why did you choose to work at WCM?

Fantastic mission to be more inclusive in music education and have a solid community presence through lessons, workshops, camps, and jam sessions.

Describe a musical experience or teacher that had a positive impact on you.

When I was doing my undergrad, my saxophone professor was invested in my growth as a saxophonist, musician, and person. That made me want to work harder, pursue more saxophone study, and play chamber music with friends. At the same time, they also taught me how to be more patient and kind with myself in a way that I don't think I would have without music.
