Music has brought joy to my life that I don’t feel anything else could achieve. Being able to bring that to more people is an incredible opportunity.

Describe a musical experience that had a positive impact on you:

My voice instructor at UW Milwaukee, Dr. David Hoffman, has had a very positive impact on me and my career in music. He was the one to keep me accountable and teach me how to healthily use my voice, leading me through truly becoming a singer, and even helping me after my graduation with additional lessons and advice. He was also the person who proved to me that singing classical music wasn’t boring at all, and rather, that it could be some of the most fun music to perform. I couldn’t be more grateful that he was my teacher.
