Background
- Collaborative pianist for the Milwaukee Children’s Choir since 2015, and has taken part in the choir’s tours in California (2016), the Bahamas (2017) and New York (2018).
- Served on the piano faculty in the Music Department at Tainan University of Technology, and Tainan Theological College and Seminary in Taiwan before moving to Milwaukee in 2014.
- Was the pianist of the University of Kansas Symphony Orchestra from 2004-2006, and participated in the orchestra’s performance of Aaron Copland’s Appalachian Spring Suite and Shostokovich’s Fifth Symphony.
- Trio performance with saxophonist Valerie Vidal and flautist Hyun-Jung Kang was broadcasted on WQAR, New York.
- Primary teachers and musical influences were Richard Reber, Jacob Lateiner, Robert Koenig and conductor, Nicholas Uljanov.
