Background
Eric Tillich has served as Chief Executive Officer and President of the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music for nearly a decade, transforming it into one of Milwaukee's most vibrant arts institutions. Under his leadership, the Conservatory has achieved nine consecutive balanced budgets and expanded its reach to serve more than 11,000 students annually.
Bringing more than 25 years of executive leadership experience from respected Wisconsin nonprofits, Eric has held key roles with the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee, and Marian University. Prior to joining the Conservatory, he led a consulting firm where he advised organizations such as the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra and the Autism Society of Southeastern Wisconsin on strategic planning and fund development.
Eric is recognized for driving revenue growth, building consensus, and inspiring positive change.
His career reflects a deep commitment to mission-driven leadership, and he has served on numerous Milwaukee-area nonprofit boards, including Wisconsin Public Radio and the Siebert Lutheran Foundation. He lives in Milwaukee with his wife, Terri, and their two dogs, Kirby and Konner, and is the proud father of two children, Julia and Jackson.
