Why did you choose to work at WCM?

The mission statement resonates with my purpose of no matter where you are and how old you are, you can always start learning music. I believe in having an exceptional and delicate music school help enrich the musical industry, and WCM is a place for that.

Describe a musical experience or teacher that had a positive impact on you.

When I was younger, I had a private music teacher that would always be so encouraging on the little things I would do on the days off. Although it was nothing like winning awards, she would always make sure I got some praise and acknowledge the steps I took towards my musical journey. I appreciate that I had a teacher like her because it helped me not being so critical on myself, and also with knowing that no matter how small the things I do are, I am making progress.
